Assessment of company operations as measured by financial and operational performance, as well as future growth plans
Business development and strategic partnerships and engagements:
Provide strategic business and market intelligence to inform engagement strategy
Development and/or review of business/strategic plan
Introduction to potential strategic relationships and joint venture partners
Assist in the due diligence process
Where necessary, coordinate with transaction professionals (e.g., investment bankers, lawyers, accountants, etc.)
Negotiate deal terms and transaction structure

Advise on corporate governance issues
